Your donation will directly support Orangutan Foundation’s habitat protection and reforestation programmes in Lamandau Wildlife Reserve, Central Kalimantan, Indonesian Borneo.

Where your money goes:

• £20 purchases a water drum used to fight forest fires.

• £2 pays for 5 eco-bags (handmade by local women) for saplings in the nurseries.      

• £15 provides long boat fuel for one week of habitat monitoring.

• £50 provides a guard post sign board to prevent entry into a protected area.

• £100 supports radio communication between guard patrol staff.

• £600 pays for a hand tractor for planting out seedlings into degraded forest.
